Beef and Bean Chili

Ground beef and beans slow-simmered in a rich red chili built on toasted whole dried chiles. Served with homemade cornbread rolls (jalapeño on request), our Mixed Greens Salad, and a dirt cake of chocolate pudding and sweet cream cheese layered with crushed chocolate cookies and topped with gummy worms.
